xtremely disappointing experience at Lemon Tree Premier, Bhubaneswar.The hotel had ongoing IT system issues during my stay, but this was never disclosed at the time of check-in. The real problem surfaced during checkout, when I was informed that they were unable to provide my invoice due to these technical issues. While they assured me that the bill would be shared later, they failed to provide any timeline or commitment on when this would happen. Even worse, they did not offer a manual bill or any alternative documentation.I had booked this stay under my company's travel policy, and reimbursement is only possible upon submission of a valid hotel invoice. Because of the hotel's failure to provide the bill, I am now unable to claim my expenses.
