My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and always eager to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel very at ease during our entire visit. The meals were tasty, fresh, and had a nice selection. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, well-kept, and hygienic. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service, cleanliness, and great food. I would definitely want to return here again 😍😍

Every staff member was very polite, courteous, and engaging, which made the stay quite comfortable (especially Bishmita - she was welcoming, composed, professional, and had a very soothing voice). I really enjoyed being part of the Gold Inn Exotica Family.
