My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and terrible — I would give it a rating below zero if I could. I was truly shocked by the poor management and upkeep, with the property in a condition far beneath acceptable standards. The walls were damp and stained, the bed linens dirty and heavily marked, and the air conditioner was malfunctioning. The hotel seemed badly maintained and unhygienic, making my stay very uncomfortable. The state of the place was so bad that I regretted not opting for a dormitory instead. Unfortunately, I was stuck with this hotel because I had already booked it online. I'm also surprised that major travel sites like MakeMyTrip, OYO, Agoda, and Tripadvisor still list and promote such a poorly maintained property, especially since even a complimentary water bottle was not provided and had to be paid for. The hygiene and cleanliness were major issues, and I felt uneasy staying there due to the risk of infection from the unhygienic environment. My honest advice to travelers is to choose any other accommodation, even a dormitory, rather than this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
