When I contacted the hotel, they told me the one-night stay costs 2200. After some bargaining, I got the room for ’1500. It felt like they were trying to overcharge guests who are new to the place or don't know the local rates.

Frustrating Slow Service

Whenever you order some breakfast/dinner from room, Hotel staff forgets the order and needs to be reminded twice. It happened with me twice in 5 days of stay. So if you are getting complementary breakfast, hotel staff will make you invest double of your time in serving breakfast. They served me 1 aloo parantha and curd in 50 minutes. Approach is very casual.

Disappointing Stay

Very poor room service. For any service I had to remind them 3-4 times. Room was with full of small mosquitoes and and even after asking for the help no service was provided by the hotel. One thing was good that is kitchen crew was very helpful when I asked for few services.
