Very Disappointing Stay ’ AC Not Working, Irresponsible Staff, and Insulting ResponseWe had a very bad experience during our stay at Virat Hotel, and I feel it’s important to share it so others don’t face the same.We specifically called the hotel and booked an AC room, as one of my friends has a health condition and AC was absolutely necessary. We checked in around 12:30 AM and paid approximately ’4000 for the room, expecting at least basic comfort.Unfortunately, the AC stopped working while we were sleeping. We reported the issue early in the morning, but the staff acted carelessly and casually’as if this was a common and unimportant issue. We again reported it around 8:00 AM, clearly expressing our concern and disappointment.At that point, one staff member came and simply switched on a trip button from the electrical board like it was a routine thing. (Later we seen similar complaints in Google reviews, and it felt like this might be a regular cost-cutting method at the hotel).Due to the poor response and the uncomfortable stay, we had to cut short our rest and check out earlier than planned. When we complained again during check-out, instead of apologizing, the hotel staff blamed us for the issue. To make things worse, they handed us ’300-something as a so-called ’compensation,’ which honestly felt more like an insult than any kind of help.Overall, we were deeply disappointed by how we were treated. For the price we paid, and more importantly, for the basic dignity every guest deserves, this experience was unacceptable.I do not recommend Virat Hotel to anyone who values comfort, proper service, or self-respect. There are far better options around.
