Iris Beacon - Rajkot

Rooms are very small. Water from flush was dropping and flowing inside the toilet space. Foul smell from somewhere, which was NOT the paint smell of their renovation work. Surviving one night was a task! Food was okay, not bad. Staff was nice. Prince Tiwari was accommodating. They had renovation work going on, so there was a lot of rubble which we adjusted to. Less space for clothes and luggage because the room was already too small. Shower was not working but manageable. Worst was the mattress. Very uncomfortable, cheap spring mattresses that can injure someone easily. It's okay to live for a night or for transit. Happy with the staff but not with the arrangements and amenities or space provided for our stay.

The place is currently under renovation.Shall be good in few months.They did not provide toiletries!! I support less waste but there was nothing in the washroom!!The staff also didn’t know how to find my booking and reception ladies were completely impolite. They said I did not pay for the room where as the payment was already posted!! The manager managed it eventually but the staff needs to be better trained. Not fit for hospitality industry!!The reception staff in the morning was even worst!! Watching reels on loud speaker rather than responding to questions about breakfast venue.No lift for restaurant.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Iris Beacon Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything neat and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast had a good variety. Service in all departments was prompt and courteous. Overall, the hotel offers great hospitality, comfort, and value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rajkot

Had a pleasant stay at the Iris Beacon in Rajkot during the first two weeks of February 2026. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation however, the rooms and amenities provided were excellent. Also the cleanliness is top class. The staff is very cooperative. There were two guys handling the reception during day & night time & they were very helpful. We had good food at their restaurant with Mr. Rajeev Chaudhary being very helpful. Also Gautam served us well at the restaurant. The laundry person Durgalal was also very helpful.
