The Fern Residency Rajkot, Series by Marriott

The Fern Residency Rajkot is one of the popular hotels in Rajkot. Overall, my stay was decent. The staff was very helpful and kind, and I was given an early check-in which made the experience more comfortable.There are a couple of areas where they could improve. The breakfast menu is almost the same every day, which becomes repetitive if you’re staying for a week like I did. Also, the gym is not well maintained and some of the machines are broken.Apart from these points, everything else was great. Overall, it’s a recommended place to stay.

Restaurant Staff is courteous and caring. Dipa is taking care of personalized attention and care. Food quality and taste is very good. We enjoyed the ambience, service, food and staff company. We will be back very soon again.

Our Stay at Fern hotel has been a wonderful experience. The hotel has a garden cafe in the reception area and its very relaxing sitting area. The rooms are comfortable and reasonable in size. The restaurant is good and the staff went out of their way to accommodate to the dietary needs and served fresh food. My special thanks to Leela, Dhan Singh Thakor, Chef Mukesh, Manish and Dipa for making our stay an amazing experience.

We have stayed in two rooms on 7th Jan 2026. Rooms required renovation. Not worth of they rated as 4 star and charges except their service. Services and food are very good. Nice staff. Location is very poor middle of conjusted area.

Expected a nice stay, but unfortunately the cleaning service of the hotel seemed to be unaware of the basic rudimentary requirements needed to keep a place clean. I literally wore shoes to take a shower, there was scum across the bathroom counters, the extra pilow I asked for was... Discoloured to say the least. Service staff was sweet but extremely untrained, couldn't understand if I asked for a soap and a towel. Would only bring one of the items .. etc etc. overall staff was sweet and kind, but the room and bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. The breakfast buffet was very good, and restaurant staff very helpful and kind.
