Business • India • Oct 2026This was the worst hotel experience. I booked a single room, and around midnight at 12:30, the fan stopped working. The hotel staff checked it and said it was defective. They told me the maintenance team wasn't available at that hour and couldn't fix it. They asked for extra payment to change the room, otherwise they wouldn't help. After a long argument and wasting several minutes, they finally gave me another room. But after that, I couldn't sleep because of the late-night disturbance.

However, this time it was different; the paneer was terrible, something even an amateur could cook better without looking. Additionally, the overall food quality was very poor and tasted spoiled. I have never been more let down by the quality and flavor.
