Group • India • Jun 2026Visited for an overnight business visit. Slightly rundown feel about the place. Had to call multiple times and had to walk down to reception for a towel. The room was comfortable. Breakfast is with very limited options. Located centrally with markets and eating joints within walking distance.

Business • Jun 2026Extremely disappointing experience. As a professional driver bringing guests to this hotel, I expected basic respect and hospitality. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was rude and unhelpful.When I asked about a place to rest after a long drive, I was told, "If you want to sleep, go somewhere else and book a cheap room. We don't have any arrangement here." This response was highly disrespectful and unprofessional.The hotel does not provide any resting area for drivers, and even washroom access was not allowed. Staff members were unwilling to answer questions properly and showed no concern for drivers who play an important role in bringing customers to the property.Hospitality is not only about treating guests well but also about showing basic human respect to everyone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until management improves staff behavior and provides basic facilities for drivers.Thank you
