Hotel Nova Cross Road

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I had stayed at one of their branches near Greenaland Chokdi before Diwali, and that was a good experience. Based on that, I thought this branch would be just as good. I was completely wrong ’ this one turned out to be an absolute nightmare.I checked in on 6th November at 7:41 AM. After getting ready for work, I placed my luggage ’ a college-type bag containing clothes, daily essentials, and a charger ’ neatly inside the closet. Everything was inside the closet, and I made sure to lock the room before submitting the key at the reception around 10:15 AM.When I returned at around 3 PM, I was shocked. My charger was missing, and I noticed that while all my clothes were still inside the closet, my carry bag ’ which had been inside my luggage earlier ’ was lying outside the main bag. That moment, I had a doubt that someone had entered my room without my permission.When I asked at reception, they admitted that they had ’accidentally’ given my room to another guest while my belongings were still inside. That guest even opened the closet and informed them before they changed his room. After wasting around 45 minutes pretending to search, they accused that guest of taking my charger and compensated me, but such carelessness is inexcusable.Later, when I checked my luggage again, I realized my T-shirt was missing too. Initially, I was confused whether it was my mistake or the hotel’s ’ maybe I had forgotten it at my home. But on 8th November, when I got back home and couldn’t find it anywhere, I was sure the T-shirt went missing at the hotel. On top of that, the shaving kit provided by the hotel was also gone when I came back earlier that day.When I complained again, the staff were dismissive, suggesting it might be my fault. Later they added that the guest who entered my room was a ’regular client’ and a friend of the owner. So clearly, they value their friends more than their paying customers.This hotel is completely unprofessional and careless. They compromise guest security, mishandle belongings, and instead of taking responsibility, they defend the guilty. I told them to keep my missing items ’ I will never stay in this or any NOVA branch again.Check-in: 6th November, 7:41 AMCheck-out: 7th November, 10:08 AMNot recommended at all.
