The staff is really excellent here, so polite and caring. Food is also delicious. Had dinner recently at the roof top restaurant and the experience was amazing. Special shoutout for their staff member named Jyoti who attended us very well.

High quality and comfortable rooms. Ambience is worth for the money. Internet is a bit of an issue. Rest is good. Room sizes and amenities are also good. Reducing one star due to unsolved internet access issue

I stayed at this Quality Inn for one night during a business trip and the experience was quite comfortable. After a long day of travel and work, the most important thing for me was a peaceful and clean place to rest, and this property met that expectation well. The room was neat, properly arranged and maintained with good hygiene. Bedsheets, washroom and overall room area were clean and felt fresh on arrival.The basic facilities provided in the room were convenient and useful for a short stay. Everything was functioning properly and arranged in an organized manner, which made the stay hassle-free. The washroom was also clean and maintained, which is something I personally value a lot while traveling. The surroundings were calm and suitable for relaxation at night, allowing proper sleep before continuing the journey the next day.The property itself looked well maintained and cared for. Lighting in common areas was adequate and the premises appeared tidy. It is a good option for travelers who need a reliable overnight halt during a work or business trip. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I had a satisfactory experience. I would consider staying here again whenever I am visiting the area for work.

Hotel is quite good in terms of ambience and can be reached easily from any place. Staff is also nice , helps with every minor request. Resturant is fine , has variety and quality of food. They also have open space in back , so if want any function they can easily do there. They have rightly stated Happy Wedding happens here ’? Rooms are like apartment with kitchen and other facilities so even if you stay longer you can do all kind of things within rooms.

Today, my wife and I celebrated our first anniversary with a candlelight dinner that I had booked at the Quality Inn Patria Suits Hotel, Rajkot. The ambience was really beautiful’the decorations were well done, and our table was set beside the swimming pool, which created a very romantic setup. In terms of d??cor and location, it was impressive and nicely planned.However, the food quality was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the food at all. Since food is the most important part of a candlelight dinner experience, this really spoiled the evening for us. The hotel seriously needs to improve the food quality.Another big issue was that after a few minutes, there were many mosquitoes around the table. It became very uncomfortable to even sit and eat, as mosquitoes were everywhere. Because of this, we couldn’t enjoy the food at all and were forced to leave the place much earlier than planned, which was very disappointing on such a special occasion.One positive highlight was a staff member named Full. She was very supportive from the beginning, continuously checking on us and trying her best to ensure we were comfortable. Our table was quite far from the kitchen, so she had to go back and forth many times, almost running every time. I feel she should have had proper assistance, as managing everything alone was not fair to her.Overall, while the ambience and decoration were good, the food quality and mosquito problem completely ruined the experience. I strongly suggest the management work on improving the food and pest control, as the place has good potential but needs serious improvement.
