Issacs Hotel Regency

We stayed at Issac Hotel for one night during our Wayanad visit.The hotel is centrally located in Sultan Bathery town, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which is convenient.The check in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the property itself requires significant improvement. The rooms felt dark and damp, with inadequate lighting and poor ventilation. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and lacked a proper exhaust system. The towels provided appeared old and had an odor, which affected the overall comfort.For a budget stay, the hotel may be acceptable. However, during peak season or holidays, the pricing does not feel justified considering the overall stay experience.

No hot water, rude behavoiur of the staff, np room service.This hotel doesn't offer amenities; it offers endurance challenges and conceptual art installations.’The absolute highlight of the stay was the shower experience. Forget that boring, wasteful concept of hot water. This hotel provides an invigorating, arctic shock that truly tests your fortitude. I haven't felt that awake since I jumped into a frozen lake. It’s clear they are dedicated to environmentalism, ensuring no guest spends more than thirty seconds under the showerhead, thus saving gallons of water. Repeatedly calling the front desk about this exclusive feature only added to the fun’they clearly enjoyed the mystery of the non-fixable water issue as much as I enjoyed shivering afterward.

Avoid for business trips. I have stayed here before for personal trips and did not have any problem. The parking space and the hot water in the shower are honestly the best parts. Went there this time to check out the facilities, including the convocation hall, the pool side and the food, for a large business event. Cancelled the plan as getting a bill for my stay became a nightmare. Their system allows only advance payment. If you extend your stay and pay for it during check out, the bill won't reflect it. Tried sorting it for three days, making numerous phone calls. Each time a new person would pick up and ask me to narrate the whole tale. The elusive manager never called.

Bad experience, poor toilet facilities and open space pool its not ok for girls but its good

From the warm hospitality to the comfortable amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. the welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.definitely i would recomend this hotel
