Jagat Palace

This place definitely gives you a royal palace infrastructure but the service is worse. The room and property lights were so less making it look creepy. We were not even informed that there will be monkeys around in roombalcony and there was shit all around the balcony floor. If you are a foreigner, you will get a good service but for Indians especially booked via tour agencies (prepaid, food inclusive) you will be mistreated offering limited meal options. Suprisingly, at the time of checkout, the housekeeing guy asked us to handover the key to him for cleaning however we denied saying that we will give the key at reception while completing the checkout formalities. He got so offended that he did not assist us with the bags to our car. This a pathetic place to stay and i will never recommend this to anyone.

The place looks like a royal palace in terms of infrastructure, but the service is very poor. The lighting in the room and around the property was very dim, making it feel eerie. We were not warned about monkeys on the balcony, and there was monkey droppings all over the balcony floor. Foreign guests seem to get better service, but Indians, especially those who booked through tour agencies with prepaid and food-inclusive packages, are treated badly and given limited meal choices. At checkout, the housekeeping staff asked us to give him the key for cleaning, but we refused and said we would hand it over at reception during checkout. He got upset and refused to help us with our bags to the car. This is a terrible place to stay, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Staff bahut hi bekar hai, maine one star bhi bekar diya hai. Itna bekar aur ganda staff kahin nahi dekha hai, aur unka nature bhi acha nahi hai. Yahan ka staff apni aukaat dikhata hai aur kehta hai ki tumhari is cheez ki koi value nahi hai. Ye do kodi ke log hain, main is hotel aur staff ko zero rating deta hoon. Aap se bhi kahunga ki is hotel mein na aaye. Thank you.

The hotel is very large, yet there is no restroom available for drivers. They have to go outside. It's quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

Very disappointing stay at Jagat Palace, Pushkar.The overall comfort was poor and did not match the expectations or the price. The room was uncomfortable, and basic hospitality standards were missing.The food quality was especially bad ’ poorly prepared, tasteless, and far below what you would expect from a property of this reputation.Most upsetting was the behavior of Rampal Singh. He was rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks basic manners when talking to guests. Instead of being helpful, his attitude made the experience worse.Overall, this stay was stressful rather than relaxing. I would not recommend Jagat Palace, Pushkar, and I will not be returning.
