Jungle Cave Resort

The service was terrible, and my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was inadequately cleaned, the bathroom was unsanitary, and essential amenities were either absent or broken. The staff were rude and seemed unwilling to help, offering minimal support when problems were raised. Additionally, the food was unhygienic and stale; they even served curd that was 5-6 days old and had a bad odor.

The manager did not keep his promises. The stay was average.

I want to share my true experience so others don’t repeat my mistake. This resort is easily one of the worst places I have stayed at. Visiting here was a total waste of both time and money. The most basic need — water — is not properly available. There is no reliable supply for bathing, and even drinking water is not delivered on time. Despite asking multiple times, no one takes responsibility or offers any solution. It’s unbelievable that such a fundamental facility is missing. The staff are very unprofessional and careless. They don’t answer calls, and when they do, they don’t respond properly or fix any problems. It seems they don’t care about their guests at all. There is absolutely no customer service. The rooms are also below standard. Cleanliness is lacking, and the overall state does not match the price. What they advertise and what they actually provide are completely different. It’s all just a facade from the outside, but inside it’s a total letdown. The worst part is that after taking your money, they don’t care about anything. You have to keep chasing them repeatedly for even the smallest issues, and still nothing gets done. Instead of feeling like a guest, you feel ignored and helpless. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this resort at all costs. Save your money and time. Staying here will only spoil your experience. I have never encountered such poor service anywhere else. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Completely disappointed, and I will never consider returning.

We stayed here with our family, including a toddler and a baby, and had a wonderful experience. They were super accommodative to special requests for kids. The food is exceptional, tasty and fresh. The resort is family oriented and made sure our needs were met. I would highly recommend this place for people travelling with young families.
