I booked my room through Agoda. On arrival, I found out that it was of no use. When I asked, they said we are taking bookings from 'Make my trip'. Rooms are good, and it was 'Value for money '. As I stayed for one night, my experience was good, and I can say it's one of the best hotels in the area. As I have stayed in various hotels in this city during my previous visits.

The rooms are okayish but the service is pathetic. The staff didn’t even provide complementary water bottles everyday when we had booked our stay for 4 days. Initially they had agreed for complimentary breakfast but later staff denied. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Though hotel location is good but service is not good enough .We have been travelling across odisha ,our view the room quality vis-a- vis tariff is high which management has to work out .if tariff remains same then room service along with privileges must be offered to sustain in the market . Poor parking facility . Only lights do not satisfy guests unless internal aspects are improved.

Hotel Jyoti Residence has very nice rooms. In Berhampur, it is in a great location above the town so you get a fantastic view. From the suites, you can see the entire Berhampur Stadium. If you sit in the suite rooms, you can watch the entire game in the stadium from your room.
