The hotel is very nice, and the manager Sachin Sharma provides excellent guidance. It is located near Banganga, just 500 meters walk, and the main bazaar is 100 meters away. Highly recommend Sachin Sharma 🙏🙏❤️

Spent two days here, an excellent budget hotel with wonderful hospitality and very friendly, helpful staff.

I contacted your hotel to arrange a pickup from the railway station, but the service was refused. I wasn't expecting it to be free, but the outright denial was disappointing. I can't name the hotel that agreed to a half-day price, but their staff were approachable and communicative. I would have been content if your staff had at least responded properly, even if it meant paying for a full day. Instead, the attitude was dismissive, as if they didn't care or want to engage. This was unexpected and especially unpleasant since I was with my family. Please don't misunderstand me; I'm not advising people to avoid your hotel, but I urge you to improve your service. Better two-way communication among staff would be appreciated. The rooms were clean and decent, but I don't believe this is the best place to stay. There was no pickup or drop-off service to the railway station, which doesn't have to be complimentary. Some hotels offer this for free. There was no proper response to questions about RFID or Vaishno Devi, and no room service. You only get a complimentary water bottle if you ask for it. My booking was until 11 am, but I had a night train and hoped for a half-day extension; instead, I had to pay for a full day. So, no flexibility there either. The only advantage was its proximity to the Ban Ganga entrance if you enter from there. Exiting from the Ban Ganga gate means a 1 km uphill walk. It's better to choose a hotel with better service and communication and pay for an auto to the entrance. Also, reaching Fountain Chowk requires an additional 10-minute walk. Personally, I think I made a mistake; if you book online, please call first. If you're lucky and they answer, get the details before booking.
