Kovilakom Residency (Opp. MIMS Hospital)

We booked several rooms for a wedding and we were super happy with the service and hotel staff who were always willing to help in any way possible. I will definitely be staying here whenever I return.

i Stayed here last week(17th Mar). The rooms were neat & evening staff service was great. When i reached hotel, the reception guy said that as part of complimentary breakfast they removed buffet option due to LPG shortage- which i completely agreeed. Then i went to the restaurant, i requested them if they can get me anything next day morning a little early as i need to checkout soon, the Breakfast starts at 7:30 so. The manager checked with chef and they both agreed to provide us breakfast by 6:45 AM.Next day morningIssue 1) - Shower was not working properly, i called reception - no one picked up.Issue 2) - Dental kit was not provided- i called reception - no one picked up.Issue 3) I went to the reception, the morning staff was sleeping - thats fine - its 6 AM, i informed him that i called him - here is the issue, he said they didnt recieve any calls - which is not fine.Issue 4) - i went to the restaurant at 7AM - they said they cant get me anything because gas over, i need to wait till 8AM- and evening staff was not conveyed anything to morning staff.-After all this, no one apolozed for this kind of service they provided. Again i dont have any complaint on the evening staff ( just that restaurant guys could have communicated)

Excellent but complementary breakfast not upto the mark .cold idli ,questionable quality of eggs . Evening went for a cup of tea they took more than half an hour to serve .zVery slow .Please look into this matter other wise everything else was very good.The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful

Just had a lunch with family.Only one waiter provided there.May be due to his work pressure he is not attending the guest properly.Not enquiring any further dish is required,no question about further quantity,no fish curry with meals.Not enquired which type of thali meals required.No enquiry about special dish like fish fry etc.The Bill also High comparing with the food supplied.Sorry for the negative remarks but for your improvement.MOHANKUMAR KM

Have stayed recently during recent visit. Even if they offer 3 star facilities, they charges 5 star prices ’?.They maintain the property well, rooms and amenities are fine. No tea coffee at room, bath soap n shower gel was provided. Requested dental kit and provided.Buffet Breakfast was fine and good. But felt less options for lunch n dinner.Will opt again, as we felt best facilities around the locality.One thing I noticed was the hot water markings were opposite.
