We paid 18,000 for 2 nights, which was not worth it at all. The hotel is overpriced—its tariff should not be more than 2,000 per night.What we received was unacceptable:- Blood-stained bed sheets - Torn blanket - Power plug not working (they provided a kettle, but there was no functioning plug; only one plug in the room worked) They charged 5,000 for breakfast for two people, which is extremely overpriced. The breakfast options were very limited.Other issues:- Tap was not working - Only one small, dim light was working in the washroom - We asked for ice in the evening, but they initially denied it; after a lot of argument they finally provided it We came here to spend quality time and create good memories, but the experience was completely disappointing. They spoiled our trip.Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is just a small hotel located on the roadside.
Sahil and Gaurav were knowledgeable and gave us excellent service during our stay. They made sure things were in place. Thank you team, we had a pleasant stay.
