Our stay at Justa Lake Nahargarh Palace was honestly one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. We were so disappointed that we checked out within just one hour of arrival.The property looked completely different from the pictures shown online. The rooms were smelly, curtains were covered with dust, and the pool tiles were broken. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were far below what we expected from a property of this standard.We were travelling with small children, but when we requested something for the kids, the staff simply refused and did not try to accommodate us in any way. The staff behaviour was extremely disappointing, and the manager was not willing to properly listen to or address our concerns. There was absolutely no effort to resolve the issues or make our experience better.Even the Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms, and there was hardly any mobile network, making communication very difficult. The resort entrance was also poorly managed — there was no staff at the gate, only a cow inside the premises when we arrived.Overall, the experience was extremely poor in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality, staff behaviour and basic facilities. What was shown in the photographs and what we experienced in reality were completely different.We would definitely not recommend this resort, especially to families travelling with children. Please do not rely only on the pictures before booking.
