A huge property near kaziranga safari gate. A bit old property not very well maintained though. You can love the birds around and have a nice walk in the property. For vegetarian food options are less. You have to ask in advance. They have local people from village managing day to day activities so good for local community. I could see atleast 15 new bird species including hornbill.

A large property close to the Kaziranga safari entrance. The place is somewhat old and not very well kept. You can enjoy the birds around and take pleasant walks on the grounds. Vegetarian food choices are limited and need to be requested beforehand. The daily operations are run by local villagers, which supports the local community. I spotted at least 15 new bird species, including hornbills.

Place is just good to be honest. A big swimming pool is there. However need to pay extra ’450.Rooms are okayish. The one we got had no hook in the bathroom to lock from inside. They charge exorbitant rates for drinks and even if get from outside,u need to pay extra ’350 per bottle. So it's expensive with little value for money. During Peak season, might get full.However, looking at the overall package, not worth visiting.

Our room didn't have a hook in the bathroom to lock it from the inside. They charge very high prices for drinks, and even if you bring your own from outside, you have to pay an extra ₹350 per bottle. So, it's costly and doesn't offer much value for the money. It might be fully booked during peak season. Overall, considering everything, it's not worth a visit.

Avoid booking this hotel as the food and room service are very poor, and the room facilities are the worst. The AC doesn't work, the bathroom flush is broken, and the food quality is terrible.
