Lime Tree Hotel and Banquet Greater Noida

We stayed in Room 203, it was triple occupancy, we had to request for an extra bed. The reception and room service people never picked up our calls. The restaurant was not adequately staffed, we could not get refills of the buffet dishes during breakfast. In the bath area, when we try to Use the overhead shower the water is still flowing in the bottom facet. Overall we were very disappointed.

My two-day stay at Lime Tree was extremely disappointing, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. If you're thinking about booking here, I highly advise against it. The hotel charges high prices but doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards. It seems they converted a nearby building into guest rooms with makeshift setups, yet charge as if it's a full-service hotel. While the rooms look okay at first, essential amenities were missing or unreliable. The biggest issue was no hot water for the entire stay—none of the rooms had it for two days straight. Each time we reported it, reception gave different excuses instead of fixing the problem, avoiding responsibility. There were also times when bathroom water was unavailable in the mornings, making it hard to get ready. No basic toiletries were provided, and the ironing facilities were poor—only a few old irons for all guests, and the one I used damaged my shirt. These aren't luxury demands, just minimum hotel services. The restaurant was disappointing too, with a very limited menu and slow service. Simple orders took too long, and staff were rarely seen outside the kitchen, showing poor management. Reception staff communication was poor, often giving conflicting or misleading info, acting as if helping guests was a favor. The worst incident was at checkout: without informing me or getting permission, staff removed all my belongings after 11 am checkout time, which was never communicated. I returned around 1 pm to check out, and handling my things without notice is unacceptable. If anything had gone missing, it would have been serious. When I asked, staff made excuses instead of admitting a call could have prevented this. Since this was a business trip, the hotel embarrassed me by repeatedly calling my HR about payment—six or seven times in one day before check-in. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a hotel serving business travelers. Overall, this hotel failed in basic amenities, maintenance, customer service, communication, professionalism, and respect. If zero stars were possible, I would give it. I won't stay here again or recommend it. Avoid the frustration and pick another hotel unless you're ready to give up on basic comfort and service.

I reserved several rooms for a two-night visit. The rooms were okay considering the cost, but the hospitality really disappointed me. The front desk staff were unfriendly and confrontational, and they even falsely claimed that our rooms were ready earlier than they actually were. Another issue was the ban on outside food, which was frustrating since the provided dinner was subpar. In general, the stay would have been far more enjoyable with friendlier and more professional service.
