"A resort that values money over humanity."Very disappointed with our experience at Machaan Resort. We had to cancel our booking at the last minute because our baby fell seriously ill. It was an unforeseen medical emergency, and we never intended to cancel our trip.We sincerely requested either a reschedule or at least a partial refund of the ’20,000 we had paid. Unfortunately, the resort refused both without showing any compassion or flexibility.While I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, I believe genuine emergencies’especially involving a sick child’deserve some consideration. The complete lack of empathy left us feeling that money mattered more than customer care.I hope the management reconsiders its approach to situations involving genuine medical emergencies. Based on our experience, I would think twice before booking here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights just to relax, Evening Walk, Nocturnal Walk, and early Morning Bird Watching were fun activities. i had travelled near full moon; else would have seen the milkyway core as well. You can get some amazing combination of Nature, Rain and Spa is definitely a must. Food was great. I am definitely going again. If you are lucky enough to meer Sreeyas, he will enlighten you with amazing facts about Tiger, Dont miss it

I spent two nights here to unwind. Enjoyed evening and night walks, plus early morning bird watching. I visited around the full moon, otherwise I could have seen the milky way core. The blend of nature, rain, and spa is fantastic and a must-try. The food was excellent. I will surely return.
