Worst management I’ve ever experienced.Only three staff members, including the manager, were left to handle around 60 guests.Despite booking two mountain-view rooms two months in advance, we were given rooms on the first floor instead.The hotel had serious electricity issues. At -6??C, we were forced to stay without power, while nearby hotels had electricity and generators running.

The rooms were clean and the staff was also good and caring. The bridge is still under construction and hence we had to walk a longer route in search for cafes..But the hotel was great
