No cleaning, no lock to door , staff was not good , lots of noise and room was not at all in clean state

While checking in only the staff directly said that I've booked for a very small amount and I won't get a room at this amount for even half a day (Why is there a difference between the costing of the hotel and ixigo prices, and it is there, why isn't the service provider aware of the maximum possible wavier a customer would be getting on the app). Anyhow the 1st room allocated to me was smelly, dirty, with no drinking water, AC, dustbin (and other basics) but DEFINITELY HAD SPIDER WEBS at the corners. When I asked for a different room, the staff bluntly said YOU CAN CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE THAT MUCH ISSUE. There was no point of arguing with him, so when reached out to Ixigo, they talked with the owner (with whom I hadn't had a single word yet), who said that I had asked for the bigger room (which isn't true at all) so they gave me this room to adjust for sometime. Ixigo asked me to have a word with the available staff and inform him that hotel owner has asked for a different room, on which he clearly refused saying that he hasn't received any call from the owner and he don't have owner's number to reach him out from his side. In total I spent about 3 hours in all this and was made to change 3 room in a 2 nights booking. It was one of the worst experiences for me staying in any hotel. For our 3 days of stay⚡There was no electricity and water supply for 8 hours straight..it wasted our full 1 day,Will not recommend this!

The location was ok since it's on the main road and few minutes away from party places and the beach.The cleanliness inside and outside the room is terrible.i booked the dorm by the way..the swimming pool is not bad But the area around it needs to be developed.specially the fact the resort rooms were costing around **** rs which u can get posh rooms for the same price in other resorts.. Parking space was big but uneven ground rocky area ..the bathroom were dirty no soap provided..they didn't even have a water dispenser to fill your bottle .just a 20ltr bottle which u need to overturn to full your bottle..hostel does not have a.c just a fan and being Summer in goa I ran away from the hostel midnight as the mosquitoes eat u alive.. early morning the staff was playing loud music on his phone..upon telling him not to do so ..he became so aggressive that he followed me to my room.the managers were stinking of alcohol.The worst part is when I went to the pool ..the receptionist came and told me that I'm not allowed to use the pool as I have booked only a dorm ..and I need to pay 300rs more to use it ..they were just trying to make their alcohol money..
