We had booked a family room, but the cleanliness was not good at all. There were cigarette buds left in the room and bathroom. The toilet was also not clean. Moreover, towels and soap were not provided in the room. We were quite disappointed with the overall hygiene and housekeeping standards.
No cleaning, no lock to door , staff was not good , lots of noise and room was not at all in clean state
While checking in only the staff directly said that I've booked for a very small amount and I won't get a room at this amount for even half a day (Why is there a difference between the costing of the hotel and ixigo prices, and it is there, why isn't the service provider aware of the maximum possible wavier a customer would be getting on the app). Anyhow the 1st room allocated to me was smelly, dirty, with no drinking water, AC, dustbin (and other basics) but DEFINITELY HAD SPIDER WEBS at the corners. When I asked for a different room, the staff bluntly said YOU CAN CHECKOUT IF YOU HAVE THAT MUCH ISSUE. There was no point of arguing with him, so when reached out to Ixigo, they talked with the owner (with whom I hadn't had a single word yet), who said that I had asked for the bigger room (which isn't true at all) so they gave me this room to adjust for sometime. Ixigo asked me to have a word with the available staff and inform him that hotel owner has asked for a different room, on which he clearly refused saying that he hasn't received any call from the owner and he don't have owner's number to reach him out from his side. In total I spent about 3 hours in all this and was made to change 3 room in a 2 nights booking. It was one of the worst experiences for me staying in any hotel.
