I am thrilled to share my fantastic experience at Moghal Mahal. Room Perfection: My room was a spacious, neat, and cozy, with a large double bed. The room has a spacious wardrobe, 32" LED TV, an electric kettle along with the bunch of tea and coffee sachets. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive. I felt right at home, which is saying a lot for a hotel stay.Exceptional Service: The service at Hotel Stay was truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. They anticipated my needs and went above to ensure my stay was comfortable. The fact that they served a hot breakfast and Tea at 6:30 AM , as I need to leave early, was the icing on the cake. It showed me that they truly care about their guests' needs. Special shout out to the hotel manager to Mr. Farooq. Amenities and Experience: The hotel's amenities were perfect, with everything I needed in one place. The overall experience was flawless, and I appreciate the attention to detail that the staff brought to every aspect of my stay.Standout Moment: The standout moment for me was definitely the outstanding hospitality. Poor Service Experience

The manager/receptionist was extremely rude. He really don't know how to talk to a customer. The other staff were polite but he talked to me so rudely that I have cut the call. I just requested him to clean the room and for breakfast which was included in my stay and he started shouting like it doest work like that we cant do both the things also you were playing music loud were getting disturbed. The next 3 day whole night there was wedding which created so much noise but we didn’t complained about it but he has a problem even we play tv. Also they said the hotel get closed at 10 so we need to take care of it. I mean which hotel have a timing is it a pg or hostel. As a guest I am very dissatisfied booking this property I hope this review will help others so book accordingly. Disgusting service.
