Absolutely worst experience coz no supporting staff ..both of the room dustbins are full of condoms and Cigerette & No Cleanliness..Lights not Working On Balcony...no Fridge

I first got Room number 205 in which AC was not working along with there was a bad smell of paint and after complaining several time after 3 hours they change my room to 210 in which AC was working but very terrible smell was there for paintI got severe headache due to paint smell and TV was not working My health condition become very bad after staying in this hotel

As a frequent traveler, I found this Motel's service to be third-rate. Daharmsahala would be a better option than this so-called Grande. I got my room after 11am with no consideration for my child traveling with me. The room assigned was just vacated by two men (I saw the key card they returned), and the receptionist asked for only 5 minutes to prepare it. It's hard to believe a used room can be properly cleaned and sanitized in 5 minutes. They gave me the same bed covers those men used the previous night, the bathrooms were filthy, and although they have drinking water facilities, the manager sat with his legs on the table where guests are supposed to wait. Don't be fooled by the pool; it's dirty, and when you're in North Goa, you don't really have time for the pool anyway. The location is decent, about 2 km from Mapusa Bus Station. The owner made a good investment, but the staff doesn't seem to maintain the place. They all sleep at the reception at night, which causes a bad smell throughout the day due to many people. I'm disappointed I had to endure this experience.
