Neelagiri Heritage by Citrine

Great place to stay especially if you're travelling by train. The place is just in front of the railway station at walkable distance. Rooms were clean and new. The bed was comfortable.There's no restaurant, dental kit will be provided only if you ask for it.

We arrived here after a jarring and stressful stay in Agra, and it was exactly what we needed. The airport pickup arranged by the hotel was smooth, and once we got to the hotel the staff was waiting to bring our luggage upstairs, with the security guard right at the entrance of the building. The host is lovely, the location convenient (right next to the train station) but not noisy at all.The room itself was spacious, well cleaned, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The washroom was modern, with some toiletries provided - though no hairdryer, thankfully I had bought one already. The building has a central hot water system in lieu of an in-room heater which was fantastic, though it takes a while to kick in (I took an entire shower thinking there wasn’t any at all). No safe or minifridge, which was a bummer and meant we had some leftovers go bad. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning was lovely. Walkable to the beach, SM st market (definitely check it out at night!), TopForm restaurant, Paragon, JamJoom hypermarket if you ever want snacks/drinks, and quite a few Halwa places.The only thing that was a hassle, was having wifi passwords that expired every night so you had to get a new one from the front desk.

I had an excellent stay at Neelagiri Heritage Hotel. The location is perfect ’ very close to both the railway station and the bus stand, which makes travel super convenient. The rooms are truly among the best in this range: clean, spacious, and very well maintained.Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kozhikode!

Our stay here was truly wonderful, and the entire team showed remarkable hospitality and support in every way.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. Although we had initially booked a standard room, the management graciously upgraded us to a premium one, considering we were two adults and a child: a gesture we truly appreciated.On the last day, we had to shorten our stay by a day due to a change in travel plans, and the hotel staff were kind enough not to charge us for that day, even though it was pre-booked. Such understanding is rare and speaks volumes about their customer care.Another great advantage of booking directly with the hotel is their 24 hour checkout policy, which is very convenient for travelers. The location is also ideal ,just about 200 meters from the railway station .making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area.Overall, our experience at Neelgiri Heritage Hotel was exceptional. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.

We had the opportunity of staying in this epic facility yesterday. It was indeed a great experience as you feel like traveling back in time. You feel like being surrounded by the literary geniuses who have always been heroes to us. As we take a tour with these legendary heroes many of those popular lines scripted by them in their popular works. I felt honoured to have spent one night with them. The service quality here is awesome. Very well maintained and the housekeeping team needs special mention.
