Scam - Fraud - PatheticPlease please do not book this property if your family or couple.This is a residential building.They have 2 BHK flats and they will give you only one single room. Other room will be given to other guest - it may be group of guys or bachlors.The living room is common and it has no lock - the living room is open full night.Big groups staying in different room create noise and nuisance and you can't do anything. You will have to sit locked in your own room.There is no fridge facility. If they give you it will be not working. There are frequent power cuts.If you planning to stay with family or as couple please don't stay here.Breakfast they will say free but it's always empty, they will refill it with bare minimum quantity - as soon as it's refilled - all jump into it and I feels like a beggar begging for food.There is a common garden and when we stayed there - people used to sit in garden - play music on portable speaker and drink sitting in the garden.Room taps and flush had a issue throughout our stay.If I could at least cancel one or two bookings of them and save someone from this scam I will be really grateful.If you have a similar experience please don't hesitate to share.The owners Mr. And Mrs. Sharma are useless and have no stand if their guest is happy or dissatisfied.Once money is given there is absolutely no refund no matter how many issues you face. Your scammed.

I would like to share my feedback about my wedding events held on 30th November 2025. We booked nearly 15 rooms at the Ocean View Apartments, and our overall experience was truly wonderful.The staff was extremely supportive and took care of everything efficiently. A special mention to Hina, who did an outstanding job,she managed everything so smoothly and made the entire process stress-free for us.Complimentary breakfast was included, and even our additional guests were accommodated within the package without any extra charges, which we really appreciated. The owner was very polite, cooperative, and always available to coordinate as per our requirements.We were genuinely happy with the people and the management. Thank you to the entire team for making our Mehndi, Haldi, and Sangeet events so successful and memorable.

We had a lovely stay here during our trip to South Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright ’ plenty of natural sunlight made them feel even more welcoming. The entire property was very well maintained, and cleanliness was clearly a priority.The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed every meal. Service throughout our stay was friendly, prompt, and genuinely attentive.Overall, a great place for a comfortable and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend!
