Rooms are poorly maintained. Food is excellent. Room service is lacking as no one collects the food plates. The AC was leaking and no action was taken. Management should not just visit and keep the reception clean but also check the rooms occasionally.

The room was kept in good condition. The room service was outstanding, and the reception staff were very helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was tasty. I found this hotel convenient because it is located very near Karmali Railway station.

The hotel offers good value with reasonably priced rooms. The success of the hotel is largely due to the efforts of the Manager, Shri Chandrashekhar, who is very humble, polite, and cooperative. His advice on traveling around Goa, covering everything from the hills to the sea, including all the beaches, temple visits, and shopping for popular Goan items, was very helpful to me and my family. We will always remember our Goa trip fondly because of the Old Goa Residency hotel and the manager's kind behavior.
