Perfect nature-friendly resort for a get-away from the hustle bustle of the daily routine.Amazed with the quality of service not forgetting the perfectly curated dishes on the menu at the restaurant. The chicken is farm fresh as is the mutton. Both dishes were so so succulent that the meats melt in the mouth.The service quality too was great with the staff paying attention and ever willing to help.Overall an experience that will remain etched in memory.A must visit if anyone is in and around Belgaum or even zipping through.The GM Nishant and his team deserve a huge round of applause.

Hospitality was too bad. Food was too bad. Maintenance is worst.Rooms are okay type. Service was too late. We started our lunch at 1.45 pm and finished at 4.30 pm. We ordered 3 starters. Time gap between the starters was 30 min. After we finished eating starter we were served chutney. We ordered 2 curries at the start. After finishing one curry we had to wait for another another curry. Cups are served in paper cups. After being asked for proper cups we were told that they don't have enough cups. There were no tissue papers on the dining tables. After asking for tissue papers the staff argued that they won't keep the tissue papers on the dining table. They are kept on some common serving table. In toto it was a horrible experience. Except for some greenery there is nothing. Pictures they have posted on site are deceving. I will never recommend this resort to anybody .

During my recent booking with Agoda for a couple’s stay, I faced significant discrepancies in the information provided. Although the reservation was clearly intended for two adults, the booking confirmation reflected only one adult, without offering any option to add an additional adult. This is misleading and creates unnecessary confusion for guests.Further, the property listing did not clearly specify check-in and check-out timings, which is essential information when planning travel. For a platform of Agoda’s scale, such omissions can amount to misrepresentation and inconvenience to customers.I request Agoda to ensure that room occupancy details and timing information are accurately reflected on the booking page. This would prevent miscommunication between the guest and the property, and uphold the transparency expected from a reputed booking platform.
