Couple • India • Oct 2026Because of an emergency in the family we needed to cut short our stay from two days to one day. We had paid online for two das at the time of booking. We expected a hotel of so many yers of existence to have the decency to refund one day's charges.Also they do not provide a hot water kettle, tea bags etc for a cup of tea in the morning. This is being very primitive, I have used this hotel services as a Medical Student about 40years ago. Today when I when I visited as a very senior citizen it was disappointing that the hotel has remained primitive. In today's days I will not reccomned this hotel to anybody!

My parents used to bring my brother and me here during Ganesh Chaturthi holidays. It felt like a complete throwback. I even sat at the same table we used to. I really liked Sanman's location. It's central and very convenient for walking around. All the main shopping spots are just about a 10-minute walk away. The restaurant is now fully vegetarian. Breakfast was fantastic. They offer a complimentary breakfast option at 150 per person, which is quite reasonable. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room was clean and had hot water available 24/7. The best feature is the 24-hour checkout—you check out exactly when you checked in. Most other places have an 11 am check-in and 10 am check-out. Booking a room at Sanman is a smart choice. There is plenty of parking on-site along with security.
