Great staff and good Restaurent. However , property location is passable. Also biggest drawback is the property maintenance issues. 1. This is Treebo branded property. But there was no standard bath kit (dental / bath soap) proposed and no morning tea / coffee kits. 2. Our room did not have a toilet seat. While the staff arranged a spare room for usage, but a room with a broken toilet seat should not have been handed over to guest at the first place. Their Restaurent is amazing and all staff is helpful, weather reception / Restaurent staff / security / bell boy. Etc.

Lodge rooms were good but area is very cluttered.. Service is also good.. Lift was dirty please get it cleaned..

Room was not cleaned when we checked in. It was very dirty with eaten plates and bottles.. they were having other rooms but denied to give us.Feels Risky location for girl.

I want to provide feedback about my recent stay. Sadly, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The room was not cleaned or maintained well. Even though I booked an AC room, there was no remote for the AC, and the unit itself seemed old and poorly maintained. Towels were also missing from the room. Furthermore, the staff were not very helpful or responsive when I asked for assistance. Given the price and the fact that I booked an AC room, I expected better cleanliness, upkeep, and service. I urge the management to address these problems and improve the guest experience.

If it were possible, this hotel would get zero stars, but Google mandates at least one. My stay at Treebo Surya Yatri Niwas in Belagavi was very disappointing. The hotel looked unfinished or still under construction, which made the stay uncomfortable. The staff were unhelpful and communicated poorly with guests. The location is also quite remote and hard to reach. It's crucial for travelers to verify the hotel's policies directly before booking, as these are not clearly stated and bookings might be canceled without notice, even late at night. Guests might arrive only to be denied check-in. There were serious issues concerning interstate guests and an interfaith married couple; despite showing proof of marriage and offering extra payment, the room was refused. It seemed that college students and unmarried couples were allowed, but not an interfaith married couple. If there are restrictions on interstate guests, interfaith marriages, or certain couples, these should be clearly stated upfront, not after arrival. Overall, the staff lacked cooperation and customer service was very poor, with little regard for guest inconvenience. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel or at least confirming all check-in rules and policies in writing with the hotel before booking, rather than relying solely on booking platform details.
