Palm Bliss International Hotel

It's amazing hotel, staffs are too good and very cooperative. I feel very safe and enjoy good time here.Thank you palm bliss international hotel and all staffs.

Worst hotel experience. Hotel is definitely a couple friendly hotel. All the staffs especially reception staffs are ignoring us. We have to carry our luggage with our own. No one is there to help us. They just give us the room key and told us that our room is on that floor. Rooms are not as per the cost. It's not a 3 star hotel. It's like a 2 star hotel. Breakfast timing starts from 8:30 in the morning which was again very late. Location is also unsafe to travel in night. Hotel main gate are closed at night. Reception Staffs are really unsupportive and busy in their own gossip.

Never ever stay here. Pathetic. Blood stains on bedsheet and walls. Broken Key card wall holder was fixed via cello tape. Mattress’ springs were too soft making it unsuitable to lie down. Toilet seat had paan stains on them and was looking like public urinal. Room change request entertained after waiting for 55 mins. Irony is that the other room had the same issues. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Had a Haldi ceremony here and the staff was incredibly uncooperative. They charged for a mocktail bar and didn't give it. After an argument they finally served cold drinks which we needed to constantly tell them to serve because the staff would just sit around.Sanjay, the guy who took our booking, is a malicious man who knows only money and sweet words. He was constantly after us for payment and once we paid he vanished into thin air.The food is the only saving grace of this hotel. The rooms and food feel decent. The staff and service is a nightmare. Incredibly rude behaviour. Stay here but don't comduct events.

Had an awesome stay at this resort. The rooms are cozy and warm with all the facilities. After a long drive, it was nice and comfortable stay. The place is very close to hustle and bustle of the city, just 50 meter away, which made it quite place. The breakfast complements it more. The hospitality of khusboo is great. She took care of every demand quickly and efficiently. BTW it has a separate place underground for parking.
