Over all ok for the kind of private beach feel. Rooms are good. Don't expect it to be a great resort with some activities. It's just a regular hotel with good rooms and great location just in front of the beach. You don't need to visit any other beach in managalore if you are here. But the staff is not that hospitable. Don't expect a nice welcome and all. They just check you in and give the card. Rest you manage yourself. Food is disappointing at the price. For dinner and lunch they don't have inhouse preparation, they get it delivered from their restaurant in main road. Its rated highly on google but food is below average. Similarly for the complementary breakfast, the spread is too small. One day had dosa, chutney, sambhar, veg biryani, kesri bath, pineapple, watermelon juice and tea. Second day, it was idli, vada, sambhar, chutney, watermelon, pineapple and tea.
