Best place to stay with kids. Close to mall road but away from all the hustle and bustle. Cleanliness is very good and the hospitality of their entire staff. Mr. Shubham, mr Sanjeev, mr Vishal, mr om and mr. Suresh took great care of us. Will definitely make this our top hotel whenever we come.

We were a family of 16 members and booked 7 rooms. Firstly the hotel is over rated, and we end up paying 17k for a room and it’s too too expensive compared to its location and quality of service. It’s difficult to park your vehicle there and also it’s not so much accessible to Mall Road.Secondly, the overall quality of service, food is below par. The complementary breakfast is too average and often food was in shortage.Thirdly, 4 members of our family end up getting severe infection and had vomiting and other medical issue. The root case was its poor quality bottled water.Overall I would not recommend this property.

Beautiful property...vintage rooms, fans from an era gone by...it has its rustic charm.Not too big and yet enough open space to walk, enjoy the outdoors, spacious rooms. Right next to mall road if you like to get to the crowd and be in the thick of things...removed and quiet if u want to just stay back...Believe some improvements can be made on service front and the food spread... It was my second time here...I will keep coming back.

The entire staff was extremely courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.A special mention to Mr. Sanjeev, Mr. Vishal Bisht, Mr Shubham and the GM Mr. Ashu for managing everything so wonderfully and making sure we had a pleasant experience at all times.
