The hotel's location is perfect, scoring 5 out of 5, but the breakfast quality is disappointing. Even a 3-star hotel offers a better breakfast than this place. For a room costing 9000 per night, guests expect higher food quality and a more varied selection. The tea tasted bad, and the eggs and sausages were cold, as if just taken from the fridge. The staff seemed uninterested in providing hospitality.

The rooms and the entire resort are extremely clean. The stay was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely stunning! There is access to a private beach for those wanting to enjoy the sea, though we visited during monsoon season when the tides were high. The restaurant was clean and the food delicious. Overall, this resort is a great choice for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. I stayed in a sea view cottage, which turned out to be a great decision. The vintage charm of the room was definitely memorable. Anyone who loves the sea will appreciate the balcony, thanks to the soothing sound of the waves. The only downside was the grassy balcony area, which could have been better maintained, but it wasn't a big problem. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this lovely seaside resort located in the Dona Paula area. Its prime location near the Dona Paula Viewpoint in Panjim and close proximity to many popular cafes and restaurants made it very convenient. The resort also offers plenty of parking, which is great if you're driving. A highlight of our visit was the roomy accommodations. We opted for a sea-view room, and waking up to the ocean every morning was truly special. The resort itself is tranquil, well-kept, and provides a calming environment. The breakfast was another positive aspect. There were many vegetarian choices, though the flavor was somewhat lacking. Still, having breakfast by the pool with uninterrupted sea views and the sound of waves created a memorable experience. There were a few minor issues. The hot water supply was occasionally inconsistent during the day. Also, if you book a sea-view room, be prepared for quite a bit of walking, as the resort does not offer buggy or shuttle services. This might be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. During the monsoon season, walking to and from the rooms could also mean getting wet. One small note is that the path to the sea-view rooms felt a bit isolated and somewhat separate from the main resort area, with a few small buildings along the way. It wasn’t a major problem but worth considering before booking those rooms. Overall, these were minor drawbacks compared to the overall experience. The beautiful location, spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, good breakfast, and stunning sea views made for a very pleasant stay. I would gladly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing trip in Goa.
