I didn't visited the hotel because of cyclone warning in odisha. I also requested for cancellation but my ticket was not cancelled. No one supported regarding this and my money got wasted .

Rooms are well maintained with excellent design aesthetic. Private pools are convenient way for family wanting to dive into pool. Food was as per Indian taste palate. The Sports bar is a great addition but the bowling zone needs to be upgraded. We loved the pool table.

The reception staff is very cordial and nice. The hotel has a very good service of having their staff at Puri beach and furniture to enjoy beach visit with complimentary tea and snacks on the beach. The food is very tasty and heigenic.Nice stay.

Nice experience; as always Pramod is the best in hospitality services..Luckily I got an upgraded room as compared to the price I paid... Courteous, very well professional staffs, starting from the parking assistance boy till the checkout staffs, Room service staffs, receptionist madam..all were very well behaved; smiling faces ’’. Silent environment. Pleasant stay. Widespread unlimited breakfast..Just for the awareness of other customers.. if you are taking food at their restaurant, keep one thing in mind that they serve plenty amount of food whatever item you order.. so its an advise from my side.. order less items only that you can eat to prevent food wastage.I would definitely visit for 2nd time for sure ’’.. thanks Pramod Hotel ’’

Great location awesome rooms with sea view. One thing to be improved is service timing - while staff are super courteous and well intentioned execution time can be improved considerable - especially in the restaurant. All in all a great place for family stay - Jagannath temple it 10 to 15 mins by auto from here so easily accessible. Private access to beach behind the property
