Praveg Tent City Ayodhya, Saryu

The service and hospitality at Praveg Saryu Resort were excellent. We are especially grateful to Saurabh, Badal, and Rohit ji for ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

We recently chose to experience a tent hotel for our special getaway in Ayodhaya. Staying in a canvas tent during the height of summer definitely posed some weather challenges! Initially, the tent we were given became quite hot in the afternoons, making it a bit uncomfortable to relax. However, the outstanding customer service truly made a difference. We contacted the front desk to ask about other options, and they went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Without any trouble, they upgraded and moved us to a tent with a powerful AC unit. This completely changed our stay, keeping the tent cool, fresh, and cozy even in the intense heat. Thanks to their quick response, understanding, and commitment to guest comfort, we could fully enjoy the unique tent hotel experience without giving up modern conveniences. I highly recommend this place—not only for its unique concept but also for a team that genuinely cares about your stay! Thank you for the hospitality, Mr. Dhruv Tiwari and Mr. Vishwas. Just a small suggestion: since many guests have toddlers, it would be great to have a highchair available in your restaurant.
