Rainforest Resort

Stay was really nice. All the staff especially Operations Manager Daisan and F&B Snehal were awesome.Falls view was spectacular. Plan during monsoon for even a better falls view.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent four-day stay at the Rainforest Resort in Athirapilly, Kerala.The resort is truly exceptional, and I can see why it has received such positive reviews previously. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible staff. The food was fantastic, and I want to specifically thank Chef Zachariah for the delicious and creative meals. Additionally, our service staff, Deepak and Akhil, were outstanding, and Snehal at the front office was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.We took full advantage of the amenities and participated in all the programs the resort offered, all of which were well-organized and enjoyable. We did the Falls trek, bird-watching trek, the deep safari to see elephants. We also did the traditional Kerala massages which were deeply relaxing.Our trek guide Vishnu went out of his way to take us to see elephants on a second day. The resort also changed our rooms at late stage for our personal preference.All in all a magnificent experience!The icing on the cake is the stunning view of the Athirapilly Falls.

Excellent place for the view. Nowhere else will you get a resort with such a direct view of the waterfalls. Totally worth it.Attention to detail from all the staff members. Special note to Avani & Daison, got us what we needed in the shortest time possible. Food is inclusive which means lunch and dinner might be meh but the chaiwallah here takes the crown, (he's a genuine one).. awesome coffee and tea served by him. Go for this place for an immersive waterfall experience, aurally and visually!

We stayed at Rainforest for six nights, which is quite a long stay, but at the time of our trip it was exactly what we needed and very restful. My wife is working on a book, and Rainforest was the ideal base to write in complete peace and quiet.We found the food prepared by Chef Zackaria absolutely delicious. It was very varied, with great attention to the cuisine of Kerala, of which we are big fans. We also discovered several new Indian desserts, such as beetroot halwa.The manager and his team were extremely hospitable, and the dining staff were very attentive. Coffee maker Suresh serves the best coffee and masala chai we have had during our trip.The rooms are very clean, and on our last night our bed was beautifully decorated with flowers as a thank-you for our stay.If you are looking to escape the crowds and enjoy the sound of the waterfall and the beautiful nature of Kerala, Rainforest is highly recommended.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of nature! Rainforest Athirapally is pure magic’nestled amid lush greenery with breathtaking views of the Athirapally waterfalls. The villas blend luxury with nature beautifully, offering privacy, comfort, and stunning scenery from every angle. The staff here are amazing too. Avani , Daison , snehil , akhil , Dr akshay and suresh were amazing. They were welcoming, had a warm smile on their faces and very informative about the nature around. This is a must stay and experience place. I am planning to come again to stay at rainforest Athirapally.
