Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road

My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The overall service was poor from start to finish. We had to make 3-4 phone calls just to receive basic room essentials such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries. Guests should never have to repeatedly follow up for standard amenities.The experience at the swimming pool was equally frustrating. We requested swimming costumes, but despite waiting for over 30 minutes and making multiple reminder calls, they were not delivered promptly. This unnecessary delay spoiled what should have been an enjoyable experience.The staff appeared inefficient, lacked professionalism, and responded very slowly to requests. There seemed to be little coordination among the team, and the manager showed no real interest in resolving guest concerns or ensuring a pleasant stay. For a property operating under the Ramada brand, the level of hospitality was highly disappointing.I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. It simply did not provide the quality of service expected for the price paid.

Extremely disappointing experience at Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The service was unbelievably poor. We had to call 4’5 times just to get basic amenities like towels, shampoo, shower gel, and other essentials. No guest should have to repeatedly chase housekeeping for such basic things.The swimming pool experience was just as frustrating. We requested swimming costumes and waited more than 30 minutes, making several follow-up calls during that time, but no one bothered to deliver them on time. Such poor service completely ruined the experience.The staff was slow, unprofessional, and unresponsive. The management lacked coordination, and the manager showed no concern for guest satisfaction. For a hotel carrying the Ramada name, this level of hospitality is completely unacceptable.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Kalpna at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and prompt assistance throughout my stay. She was courteous, attentive, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Her excellent customer service truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Anam was the coordinator for my sister’s wedding at Ramada, and she did an exceptional job from start to finish. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was personally involved in organizing every event. Whether it was coordinating arrangements, assisting guests, or quickly resolving any issues that came up, she handled everything with efficiency and calmness.Thanks to her dedication and attention to detail, we were able to truly enjoy the celebrations without stress. She made sure we had a completely happy and seamless experience. Highly recommend her for any event coordination.

Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made our experience relaxing. The hotel ambience was nice and peaceful. A special mention to Aditi, who was extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. She handled everything professionally and always assisted us with a warm smile. Her hospitality truly added value to our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
