Service bahut hi kharab hai. Staff ka response bahut hi ganda hota hai aur woh badtameezi se baat karte hain. Reception par jo women baithe hain aur "sanju" naam ka ladka hai, unka vyavhaar bhi achha nahi hai. Hotel me parking ki suvidha nahi hai. Luggage ko room tak le jaane ki suvidha bhi nahi dete. Bathroom bhi kharab hai. Hotel ki location aisi jagah par hai jahan pahunchne ke liye galiyon se jana padta hai aur gadi andar tak nahi ja sakti.

The rooms, particularly the apartments, were great. I really enjoyed my stay 🤍. Their kitchen/studio is also very nice, though the property lacks parking space, but I suppose that's okay.

Arambol is our preferred beach, and Rankk stays made our experience truly wonderful! The rooms were very clean, and we paid just 800 per day, which is a great value for the quality. The service was outstanding, and we really enjoyed our time here! We will definitely return!

I want to share my stay experience here. My partner and I reserved a suite for 3 nights at ₹1.2k per night. Traveling on a budget, we only expected a clean, decently kept place with basic facilities. Sadly, the stay did not meet even these low expectations. 1. Location & Parking: The main problem began before check-in. We spent 20–30 minutes driving around trying to find the hotel. It's hidden inside a very narrow, unpaved lane that's tough to access by car. If you're driving anything bigger than a Tata Nano or MG Comet, expect a difficult approach. The road is rough and not really fit for normal cars. The hotel also lacks enough parking for guests, so we had to park further away in nearby lanes. Finding parking nearby is also hard. Few spots are suitable, and locals usually don't allow outsiders to park for long. If you plan to come by car, especially a larger one, think carefully before booking. 2. Room & Amenities: The room was poorly maintained. The geyser didn’t work, so we had cold showers on day one. By day two, the toilet flush stopped working, making things more inconvenient. We booked a suite and expected basic amenities like a working kitchenette with appliances and utensils, but none were provided. The "suite" felt no different from a regular room. 3. Safety & Surroundings: The location needs mention. We arrived late at night during heavy rain, and the area was dimly lit, isolated, and quite unsettling. Since we couldn’t park near the hotel, we had to walk through narrow lanes to get there. My partner was so anxious she recited the Hanuman Chalisa the whole way. Others might feel differently, but we did not feel safe here after dark. From our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or anyone traveling with women if arriving late or by car.
