Great place to stay, great staff, quiet location, clean rooms

The staff and management are useless when you're arriving. Our booking information had not been forwarded to the staff, so when we arrived, the rooms and the verandah hadn't been swept or cleaned. There were leftover crumbs on the dining table, unswept mess in the rooms and verandah, which when pointed out, the cleaner said, she had swept it just that morning and it was a blatant lie. There are cobwebs in the bathrooms, not cleared in days or weeks. We didn't want to bathe in there ! The basin in our bathroom was clogging and leaking from the bottom pipe. Certainly needs better management. The caretaker wasn't present when we arrived and the maid had no clue that we were to check in ! Serious miscommunication between the owner, Sneha (who we booked through), and the staff at the property. We had been trying to contact Sneha before arrival ,to ask about WiFi and if there was a working TV, since the Indian team was playing the World Cup that day, but there was no response from her at all ! Luckily we were carrying our Firestick, and got to watch the match while we stayed there.The positives are good lighting and several plug points in the cottage, good ACs, clean linen and of course, the trees and ambiance of a Farmstay.

The bathrooms had cobwebs that seemed to have been ignored for days or weeks, making us reluctant to bathe there. Our bathroom basin was clogged and leaking from the pipe underneath. The management definitely needs improvement. The caretaker was absent when we arrived, and the maid was unaware of our check-in. There was a serious communication gap between the owner, Sneha (through whom we booked), and the property staff. We tried contacting Sneha before arrival to inquire about WiFi and a working TV, as the Indian team was playing the World Cup that day, but received no reply. Fortunately, we had our Firestick and were able to watch the match during our stay. On the positive side, the cottage had good lighting, multiple power outlets, effective ACs, clean linens, and the pleasant atmosphere of a farmstay with trees.

Great property. Fairly well maintained. Good rooms. Friendly staff. Good service. Overall wonderful experience. Can hear the glowing of the river.Potentially negative point is the location.

Excellent property that is reasonably well kept. The rooms are nice, and the staff is friendly with good service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. You can hear the river flowing. One possible downside is the location.
