Regenta Baywatch Resort Goa

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. I would highly recommend this place.The staff was incredible friendly and attentive specially housekeeping supervisor shanta making us feel right at home .Special thanks to shanta such a wonderful lady

Stayed at this lovely property with a group, the hotel is really beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Walking Distance from the beach and the Front Office Team is really great. Reservations Manager (Maria) makes sure everything is handled smoothly and ensures that all the communications with respective departments and taken care well in advance. The only place I saw needs improvement is F&B. The restaurant staff is usually seen chatting amongst themselves rather being little attentive and reaching out to guest on the own. The quality and Taste of the food is really good but if F&B team makes a big difference. I am sure they would improve in coming time when I return with next group.

The resort is well located with easy beach access, buggy service to the beach, and plenty of shacks nearby. A walk along the shore even leads to Benaulim beach and its shacks, which is a lovely experience. The property is usually busy with frequent check-ins, check-outs, and events taking place.However, our experience with room hygiene and service was very disappointing.Day 1: The room had a foul smell, there were cockroaches in both the room and bathroom, the toilet area and toilet rolls were not properly cleaned, and the bed linens were stained. We requested housekeeping, but the cleanliness did not seem to improve.Day 2: We asked for room cleaning, a bottle of water, and ordered tea in the morning. After waiting for over an hour and following up three times, no one attended. I eventually called back to cancel the request. The receptionist did not acknowledge the delay or offer an apology. Later, they provided complimentary tea to compensate for the inconvenience.Day 3: We again called for housekeeping, water, and basic toiletries (which had not been replenished the previous day). Even after waiting for more than two hours, no one turned up.It appears that whenever the property gets busy with events or guest movement, in-house guest requests are significantly delayed. While the location and beach access are excellent, the lack of cleanliness, responsiveness, and basic courtesy from the staff made the stay very unpleasant. I chose this resort based on positive reviews, but my personal experience was unfortunately very different.

We had an amazing experience, very friendly and warm staff. Specially Rosella and saloni along with their colleagues made my babies birthday a memorable one. The breakfast and dinner were adequately good. Very pleasing chef and the restaurent service staff in the dining area. On request they prepared additional meal for my baby.Beach is accessible via the buggy provided.Overall I would say it was a very pleasant experience worth the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The resort is well maintained. A tiered resort landscape featuring a swimming pool, flowering plants, etc.The rooms were spacious , neat, comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite, helpful and attentive. The food was great.Special thanks to Omkar for arranging comfortable stay , which indeed turned to be memorable. Would surely visit again.
