Regenta Baywatch Resort Goa

We chose Baywatch Regenta primarily for its excellent proximity to the beach, and it turned out to be a great decision. We were a group of 17 families celebrating our course reunion, and the property handled our large gathering quite well.The hotel is quite lavish, offering three categories of rooms, each thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The rooms had adequate linen and even a small balcony, which added to the overall experience. If possible, I would recommend choosing rooms closer to the pool area for better convenience and ambience.Food at the hotel was good’we had all our meals there, including morning and evening high tea, and the spread was satisfying throughout our stay.For our reunion celebrations, we used the Oscar banquet hall. With a DJ (at extra cost) and a projector setup, it turned into an amazing experience and truly elevated our event.The property has two types of pools overlooking lush green lawns, which adds to its luxurious appeal. Additionally, the sister property located right on the beach is just about 200 meters away, with buggy service running throughout the day’very convenient and enjoyable.Service did require a bit of follow-up at times, but overall the staff was supportive. A special thanks to Mr. Omkar for making this event a grand success and for his unmatched hospitality. Special mention to Mr. Justin as well for his support.Overall, a memorable stay’would surely visit again!

We are a family of 3. 2 adults and 1 kid of 6 years of age. Arrived at the hotel and realized that there is a marriage setup at the hotel and there are no parkings in the premises. Requested to get the cabs removed to make space for booked customers but was refused. Terribly understaffed. Room size was okay but did not have towels or accessories. Food is expensive. Breakfast is decent. Claims it a beach resort which it is not exactly. There are 2 resorts which are interconnected and the other one has the beach. There is a buggy to reach there though. I'd recommend to avoid it if service quality is a need.

We all had a fab family stay at BayWatch , this place was suggested by my dad as he has been there for photography, I started my conversation and chats with Simran who was very helpful at all times . My only worry was my 3 year old had no other enjoyment apart from pool so Simran got him colours and books which honestly made him super happy kept him going. Rooms are well maintained by Shanta and team every time we needed our room cleaned they were a call away . Food and service was amazing Hayden, Akshay Narayan, Ronnen , Anthony,George,Nixon, Imran, Manthan , Priya and to the chefs who went beyond exception to prepare pasta for my 3yr old which was not even on buffet and to all maintenance team who always had a smile on there face . Thanks to Saloni for the smooth check in and service and Savio for letting us stay longer. thank you for making our stay a memorable one ’?looking forward to come back soon.Thank You To All

I recently visited Regenta Baywatch Resort, and unfortunately the experience with the food and staff behavior was disappointing.The food quality did not meet expectations. The taste, freshness, and overall preparation were below the standards one would expect from a resort of this category.Another concern was the staff behavior and service. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming. Requests took longer than expected, and the response from some staff members felt indifferent rather than hospitable. In a hospitality setting, courteous and proactive service makes a big difference, and that was unfortunately missing during our visit.The resort has a good location and potential, but improving food quality and staff training in customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on these areas.

Rooms were not too clean or maintained.. as hotel have a big footfall they clean it like regular 2 star hotel... for the price and brand name one would expect them to have that up standard service.. but they lack
