Excellent Stay ExperienceI had a wonderful three-day stay at Regenta Suites, Gurugram. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is perfect and easy to reach.The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent... I received everything I needed on time, which made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing.Special thanks to Mr. Dipesh Dhyani and his team, Ms. Meena, Chandrabhan, and Rajneesh, for their great support and polite behavior.I would also like to appreciate Mr. Jitender and team Natasha and Deepak from the Front Office team for their warm welcome and excellent coordination.Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team.I would love to visit Regenta Suites again on my next trip.

The food was tasty, and the service was quick and friendly.Special thanks to Mr. Dipesh Dhyani and his team...Ms. Meena, Chandrabhan, Rajneesh, for their great support and polite behavior. They ensured everything went smoothly during my stay.I would also like to appreciate Mr. Jitender, Ms. Natasha, and Mr. Deepak from the Front Office team for their warm welcome, helpful nature, and excellent coordination throughout my stay.Overall, it was a lovely and memorable experience. All 5 star reviews are fake only. Worst hotel , their bathroom size is like train washroom.Big name only, Location is best just because of the Haldiram's. Rest, nothing is there in the hotel. Paid 11k for 2 days stay but see their Toilet, only good for small kids. One can't even bath in the shower area it is too small. They charge just for the brand name and location rest even a 2k per day hotel is best. Changed rooms thrice , they offer the worst rooms first to the customers , if anyone adjusts then they r well and good. First they gave a worst back view room then I got a room where due to bad sensors room lights were on and all the insects came from the balcony due to their poor fitted doors and within 1 hr all the rooms filled with insects , then they changed my room but again gave a old room no 628, such a small area of bathing , it was so hard for me to bath as the walls of touching my hands . Worst hotel.

It was good experience arriving on regenta inn. Though not a hyped or wow property but still manageable with cleanliness service and etc. they let us check in before time as we went there and didn’t have to request even. Staffs were really helpful. Happy staying overall

Excellent Service quality.... From breakfast till lunch everything was perfect. Service given by Ms Rani ,Anuj and all the staff was more than excellent...They were very polite and well behaved..It was an excellent stay.
