Dirty rooms, unprofessional staff and unexpected charges
Guest as saying
We booked to stay at King Plaza, arrived to find that even though we were booked with them, they said we would be staying next door at their sister hotel ….. so we lugged our cases etc; back out and ended up walking approx 10/15 minutes to get to the so called hotel next door🤬We booked in - rooms were grim, no windows, mattresses were hard, shower didn’t work - we had booked three rooms and not one of them had a shower that worked !!! A/C worked in one room, TV in one room worked, cigarette burns in all sheets, huge hole in ceiling in two of the rooms. Pillows were absolutely filthy but to give them their due they did bring new ones when we asked. Room boys tried to help but the standard of the hotel was just so poor. An absolute disaster from start to finish, would not recommend to even my worst enemy….
Room was very dirty and extra charges were added without prior information.

The price of the room booking changed when the receptionist answered the phone. They charged for water bottles and added a service charge. Everything about this hotel was different from the booking details. I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel All King Plaza. The cleanliness was terrible—we saw cockroaches on the bed and near our food, which was very unhygienic and unacceptable. Besides the poor hygiene, the management billed unfairly. They charged us for water bottles without clear reason, and the price at check-in was different from what was on Booking.com. They also added random service charges without providing good service. The staff was unhelpful and the service was poor. I strongly recommend not booking here. It is not worth your money or peace of mind. Key issues include cockroaches on the bed and food area, unexpected charges for water bottles, price differences from Booking.com, hidden service fees, and overall bad service and hygiene.
