The ac had a isaue in the middle of the night and there was water all over the floor and they took the money upfront saying they cant iaaue us the room without the payment and charged ua more then what this platform had told us to pay giving us the reason that our booking was shifted from this platform to *** and so the extra charges which was bullshit reason but dis not have any option as it was late in the night and we were with kids and we all were too tired to go else where or argue with them so we expected this platform to help but there was no response from there side and felt ao helpless worst experience with this platform and ita booking as the ratings for the hotel was not true... so disappointed 😞
The room didn't look exactly like it was shown on the website. The location isn't right near the main road — you need to walk about 300 m to 400 m from it. They didn't provide towels or bath soap. The complimentary breakfast is only available at 8:30 AM, so if you vacate the room at 8:00 AM, you won't get it. The cleanliness of the room was fair.
