During our stay, we encountered several service and maintenance issues that significantly affected our comfort and overall experience:There were mosquitoes and flies present inside the room (photographs available as evidence provided to the management of the hotel), which is highly unacceptable for a property of this standard.The bathtub did not have a drainage cap, making it unusable, particularly for our child. Despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved promptly.The main door of the room was extremely difficult to operate, and the auto-closure mechanism was not functioning. The wooden door appeared aged and dragged against the floor, leaving marks and creating inconvenience.At the time of checkout, we had to drag our own luggage to the parking area as no staff member arrived to assist from our room on the 10th floor. Furthermore, the valet staff declined to bring our car and instead handed over the key, advising us to collect the vehicle ourselves from the exit.The overall experience reflects a concerning lapse in maintenance, guest service, and professional standards that one would normally expect from a property of this reputation.The Hyatt Delhi team reached out to me acknowledging the above concerns and tried to resolve matters verbally post facto but this has left me very disappointed and would not recommend stay here.

I left property midnight bcz AC in room is not working. I complaint 4 times for same. Only once electrician came. He promised he will rectify. But again night staff changed no one showed up for my repeated complaints. I have to leave property at 2.30 am in night. This was highly unprofessional & unexpected from a 5 star property

Very bad hotle , very bad staff, everything is bad there, nthg is good, and proprty is no smoking which is there problem why they make it non smoking , not even one room exist there as smoking. Everything about stay was terrible
