Experience During Today's VisitI have visited your hotel today to celebrate a very important day and would like to share feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I found some members of the staff to be impolite, and the level of service did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of such reputation.I also observed that staff attention appeared to be primarily focused on foreign guests, while other guests were not attended to with the same level of courtesy and promptness. Such differences in service create an unpleasant experience.I have previously experienced very courteous and professionally trained service at hotels like Taj Palace and The Oberoi, New Delhi and the experience with them was unmatched. I was expecting a similar standard of hospitality here. I kindly request you to look into this matter so that all guests receive equal and professional service.The staff was biased .I believe every guest is important but it's so unfortunate to see the differentiation and not expected from such elite group to make their guest feel not welcomed and ignored.We choose you to celebrate our important day but not happy with the service provided by you.I hope the situation improves and kindly ensure an inclusive approach towards your guest and make them feel comfortable and welcomed.

This hotel is truly magical. We were deciding between The Leela Palace and The Oberoi, and we’re so glad we chose The Leela Palace ’ the service completely blew us away. We were traveling with our 9’month’old daughter, and the staff went above and beyond to make her (and us) feel cared for. So many team members stopped to play with her, brought her little toys, and kept her entertained while we relaxed in the lobby or enjoyed breakfast.Our check’in experience was made effortless by Dolly, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond in every possible way, and she genuinely deserves major recognition. She played a huge role in making our stay unforgettable.The hotel itself is stunning, the restaurants are excellent, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care from the staff make this hotel exceptional.You will be so glad you stayed here.

An Exclusive & Memorable Dining Experience at Megu, The Leela Palace Delhi.we explored all three of their restaurants before finally deciding to dine at Megu’and it turned out to be an exceptional choice.Megu has a slightly dark, intimate ambience that beautifully reflects the essence of Japanese and Thai cuisine, creating a calm and elegant dining atmosphere. Although the official lunch hours were already over, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, which truly speaks volumes about their hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction.The experience felt incredibly exclusive, as we were the only guests having lunch at that time, making it even more special. From luxury vibes and premium service to impeccable food presentation and outstanding taste, everything was absolutely top-notch.A special highlight was the complimentary cake served at the end of the meal to celebrate a birthday’a very thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The cake itself was super soft, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet, proving that they pay attention to even the smallest details.

The atmosphere is warm, and the hospitality is exceptional in every sense.The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive ’ from the front desk team, who welcome you with genuine smiles, to the housekeeping staff, who are extremely clean, organized, and thoughtful in every detail.Breakfast in the garden was one of my favorite parts of the stay ’ peaceful, beautiful, and delicious. A very special mention goes to Chef Julie, who made us feel like we never left home. He went out of his way to prepare dishes from our country and cooked everything exactly the way we loved. His kindness and personal touch truly touched our hearts. Even in the evenings, when we were sitting in the lobby, he would come by and generously offer us snacks ’ such a rare and beautiful gesture.This hotel is not just about luxury; it’s about people, warmth, and genuine care. I truly loved my stay at The Leela Palace New Delhi and deeply appreciate every single member of the team who made it so special.I would happily return again and again.

Atul went far beyond what one would normally expect from hotel staff. Whether it was something within the hotel or help we needed outside the property, he handled everything with genuine care, speed, and a positive attitude ’ always with a smile.What stood out most was that Atul didn’t treat us like ’guests’; he treated us like his own people. From anticipating needs we hadn’t even voiced, to solving last-minute requests effortlessly, his support made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who takes such personal ownership of a guest’s experience.To be honest, I would choose to stay at The Leela Palace again purely because of Atul. Luxury hotels are everywhere, but people like him are not. He is a true ambassador of hospitality and represents the very best of what The Leela brand stands for.Thank you, Atul, for making our stay memorable.
