What truly sets The Leela apart is its people. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail.A special thank you to Pratyusha, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel truly special. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and personal attention made me feel incredibly valued throughout my stay. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Sweety for the warm welcome, Sani and Sourav for their constant support and hospitality, Baburam Ji from housekeeping for ensuring my room was always immaculate, Bhuvan Ji at the breakfast tea counter for his gracious service, and Umesh for his helpfulness and cheerful attitude. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Suii (please pardon me if I have misspelled the name) from Le Cirque, whose warmth, kindness, and gracious hospitality added yet another special touch to an already unforgettable birthday celebration.Travelling alone can sometimes feel intimidating, but the team made me feel completely at home. Several staff members even kindly helped me capture beautiful photographs, allowing me to preserve wonderful memories from my birthday celebration.The thoughtful touches throughout my stay made all the difference. I was delighted by the lovely birthday cake arranged for me, and I was especially touched when the team noticed how much I enjoyed the breakfast cupcakes and thoughtfully packed some for me to take along. Leela Chanakyapuri is a amazing property in an excellent location. It exudes opulence. The food at Cafe Knosh was extremely disappointing. The room service also fulfilled from the Cafe, I believe, was also extremely un-palatable. We paid INR 15k in total for both the in-cafe meal and room service, which was an extrelemyl high price point for the quality of food served. The stay and service was otherwise excellent. I love the Library bar, but I would highly recommend avoid eating at the Cafe.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at The Leela, Chanakyapuri, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience.A special mention to Ankit, the restaurant manager, who made our evening so much more special. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly courteous, attentive, and welcoming. His calm and warm demeanor instantly made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the evening.What touched us the most was the thoughtful gesture at the end of our meal when he arranged a complimentary anniversary cake for us to cut. It was such a simple yet meaningful surprise that made our celebration feel even more special.Exceptional hospitality is often about the people, and Ankit's kindness and professionalism are a wonderful reflection of the standards at The Leela. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories on our first anniversary. We will cherish this experience and look forward to returning.

We had a three-night layover in Delhi between two holiday destinations. We were not there to visit India or Delhi, it was simply a convenient way-point so we decided to treat ourselves to a top hotel. We were not disappointed when we arrived, it was a fabulous place to rest and enjoy while we recovered from one tour and before setting of on another. Going to breakfast on the second morning, the person on the desk accurately remembered our room number and the room number of the couple travelling with us. So many rooms, so many guests and personal service like that is pretty hard to find.We wanted to go an meet some folk in the city centre and a car and driver were available to take us there, wait a while and return us to the hotel. The service and food and amenities could not be faulted. Highly recommend.
