Le Méridien New Delhi

I recently attended an event at Le Meridien, New Delhi. Considering the hotel’s strong reputation and premium brand image, I arrived with high expectations for a refined and seamless experience. While there were some positive aspects, a few areas during the event did not fully match the standards usually associated with a luxury property.The exterior of the hotel is quite impressive and well maintained, creating a very good first impression. However, the ambience inside the event venue felt somewhat underwhelming. The lighting appeared dim and uneven in certain areas, and the d??cor seemed a little simple and dated. The space was functional, but it lacked the warmth and elegance that guests typically expect from a high-end event setting.Another point worth mentioning is the washroom facility near the venue. During the event, the cleanliness and upkeep could have been better. For large gatherings, well-maintained restrooms play an important role in overall guest comfort, and improving this aspect would enhance the experience significantly.The food service was decent in terms of variety and presentation, but the taste and freshness did not stand out as expected from a hotel known for its hospitality and catering standards. Food is often a major highlight at such events, so a stronger focus on quality would add great value.The staff members were polite and respectful throughout, which is appreciated. However, service coordination during busy moments felt slightly slow, and better planning could help manage large crowds more smoothly.Overall, Le Meridien, New Delhi has great potential as an event venue, but with improvements in ambience, maintenance, food quality, and operational coordination, the guest experience could be much more elevated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively for future events.

I stayed at Le M??ridien Delhi for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience.The food was great with good variety, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The location and overall service were excellent.The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side when compared to the old building, but overall it was a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Celebrated New years Eve at the Hotel. Stayed in beautiful suite with great view. Had Dinner and Dance at rooftop with friends and family. Great Experience, excellent food and very good music. Chines food served was top class, specially starters. Service was very good. Best way to end the year.

Very modern hotel with all the amenities. Beautiful comfortable rooms. Centrally located to shopping and sites. Extremely courteous staff everwhereThe breakfast buffet was top-notch with absolutely delicious food and amazing service. The staff need to be acknowledge for the attentive, customer service they provided. I saw a few customers being rude and disrespectful yet they have no appreciation for the sheer number of friendly staff who promptly meet every need. Well done team ’’
