Couple • India • Apr 2026We stayed at Bloom Boutique for 7 nights. Check in was good - great welcome from Deepno.Our first night wasn't great though as there was a lot of noise from the trains and other guests. It was the weekend though.The next morning we spoke to Deepno and he organised a different room for us. This was at the front of the hotel. It was a beautiful room with a big bay window, so lots of natural light. It was also quiet!The room was spacious and clean with lots of storage space for our stuff - a safe, wardrobe, cupboards, drawers. Great to be able to put everything away and keep our room looking tidy.Bathroom was great, shower amazing - very powerful and lots of hot water. Loved the lemon scented toiletries!Room was serviced every day - fresh towels, bottled water, tea and coffee.Loved the free snacks in reception - chocolate almonds - super scrummy!We had room service 4 nights. Just one meal not up to scratch -:grilled chicken - yuk! Other food was very tasty - fresh and hot plus reasonably priced. Was great to sit and watch a film on Netflix with our curry!!Hotel is located in a nice area. We felt very safe walking back at night. It is a 10 - 15 minute walk from centre of Connaught Place.Special mention to the people who work here - all super friendly and helpful (apart from one guy at bteakfast but maybe he wss just having off day).Deepno (hopefully got that spelling right) was brilliant. Fantastic English, always smiling. Great asset to the hotel.Tips:If you book here and are a light sleeper make sure to book one of the rooms at the front.Laundry, whilst good service, was expensive.
Estuve aquí 2 noches con mi pareja, nos gusto la atencion, la comida que pedimos al servicio de habitación estaba deliciosa. La ducha está separada del inodoro por lo que es conveniente y no se moja todo. La cama era grande y comodaLo unico que no me agrado es que las paredes estaban manchadas y parecia estar sin renovar por mucho tiempo, para el precio que pagamos eso puede mejorar, de resto todo bien.
